The Story Behind The Number
It all started the day I moved off to college and into dorm room 329 (in fact, the only dorm room I ever lived in, for 2 years). I had no idea what to expect and no idea who my roommate was. I was about to start my life in an overpriced 11’x17’ dorm room and knew I had to figure out a way to pay for it.
I had a goal of making money while in college balancing my studies and social life but was not exactly sure how it was going to happen.
I looked at my dorm room as a blank canvas and knew it needed to be covered in motivational décor to encourage me to get through my academics.
I started painting canvases, clipping magazines to make collages, and accenting light strands to make the place feel at home. Little did I know that people would be interested in buying this decor and 329 Dorm Décor was born.
Today, 329 Dorm Décor has matured to Three Twenty Nine Co. and still upholds the same purposes as it started with:
Motivate others to fulfill their dreams through décor
Provide handcrafted products that typically are not seen on the market
Create opportunities to assist dreamers to gain experience
Celebrate life’s biggest moments

The heart + hands behind Three Twenty Nine Co just happen to belong to me, Emily B. I have had my head in the clouds ever since the day I was born and decided to do something about it, so here we are.
Just an Ohio native, horse girl, rookie skier, post-grad-debt survivor trying to make it in this small business world by decorating some grad caps and inspiring others to follow their dreams as well.
